For the best remedial effects, use in conjunction with our Hydrating Body & Bath Oils. For the best therapeutic effect, we recommend using the ‘layering’ system.

The ‘layering’ effect involves:

1. Soaking away in our Bath Salts

2. Rub our Hydrating Body & Bath Oils into your skin whilst warm

3. filling the room with a few sprays of our Body, Face & Room Spritz to enhance the mood or spraying your linen/pillowcase before going to bed.

Our Balancing blend contains May Chang, Patchouli, Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle, Lime and Rose Geranium.

Each blend is specifically formulated to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. Balancing was formulated to ease tension, promote calmness, help you to unwind and create a positive mood. Helps to reduce stress levels.

All Yarra Mist Products are 100% pure and natural. All products are toxin free and no chemicals are used in our production process. Glass bottles are always used to avoid chemical leaching from plastic bottles. All products are formulated, created, poured, labelled and finished at our home studio in the Yarra Valley.
