Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, all of our products are made with 100% Pure & Natural ingredients.

Are your ingredients locally sourced?
Yes, many of our ingredients are grown on our property. Those that aren’t produced on our property are all sourced within Australia.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we sure do! If you would like to discuss a custom order, please contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss your options!

Can I order your products in bulk for a function/event?
Yes, you can! We regularly supply our products for corporate gifts and wedding bomboniere! Please contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss your options!

Are your products safe for use during pregnancy?
We advise to consult with your doctor or aromatherapist before using any products during pregnancy.

Are your products safe for use on children?
Our products are safe when they are used as directed.

How long are your order processing times?
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped. We ship with Australia Post - once your order has been shipped, please check current postage times on their website here for delivery times and services updates. If you need your items sooner, please upgrade to Express Shipping. Alternatively, we offer free local pickup!

Do you post Australia wide?
Yes, we ship Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally?
If you would like a purchase to be shipped internationally, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will quote the shipping costs.

Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes free local pickup is available from Chirnside Park, Victoria.

Can I buy your products in store?
