Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept ‘change of mind’ exchanges or refunds.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@yarramist.com.au within 30 days of receiving your goods.

You may be requested to return your damaged goods before an exchange will be processed. Customers are liable for any postage return charges. Unfortunately we cannot receive any claims after 30 days of you receiving your goods.
